Your personal data from MijnOverheid conveniently organized in 1 app! Quickly look up your energy label or check your income information? Your personal data from MijnOverheid is now conveniently organized in 1 app: the MijnGegevens app from MijnOverheid. If something is incorrect, the app shows you how to update your data right away. Important dates such as the expiration date of your passport or identity document can be easily added to your personal calendar through the app.

The MijnGegevens app can only be used in conjunction with the DigiD app. The DigiD app must be installed on the same device, and you use the PIN code from the DigiD app to access the MijnGegevens app.

DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY
If you use the MijnGegevens app from MijnOverheid, certain personal data will be processed. During the login process, your Citizen Service Number (BSN) is sent to MijnOverheid via DigiD. Your BSN is transmitted to show data from the basic registers in the MijnGegevens app.
By using the MijnGegevens app, you agree to this processing, subject to the following provisions.
- User's personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the privacy policy on the website of MijnOverheid (mijn.overheid.nl/privacy). The rules regarding processing personal data by MijnOverheid are included in the Generic Digital Infrastructure Personal Data Processing Decree. Rules governing the operation, security, and reliability of MijnOverheid are included in the GDI Facilities Regulation (mijn.overheid.nl/wet-en-regelgeving).
- MijnOverheid (part of Logius) has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of user's personal data.
- The MijnGegevens app complies with security measures comparable to those of MijnOverheid's website. The MijnGegevens app also utilizes the security mechanisms of the operating system.
- Users are responsible for securing their mobile device.
- Periodically, updates for the MijnGegevens app may be downloaded and installed via the app store. These updates aim to enhance, expand, or further develop the MijnGegevens app and may include bug fixes, advanced features, new software modules, or complete new versions. Without these updates, it is possible that the MijnGegevens app may not function properly.
- MijnOverheid (part of Logius) reserves the right to discontinue offering the MijnGegevens app on the app store or interrupting the operation of the MijnGegevens app (temporarily) without providing reasons.
